Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Plumber Secretary ("the Service"), operated by Plumber Secretary, Inc. ("we," "us"). By signing up or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business.

2. Service description

The Service answers incoming telephone calls forwarded to a provisioned number, runs a conversational AI, books events into connected calendars, and sends SMS messages to configured recipients. Call audio may be recorded for quality and training, subject to the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited communications, to impersonate another person or business, or to violate any telecommunications law in California or the United States.

4. Pricing and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every emergency call.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Exclusive venue for any dispute is Los Angeles County, California.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
