What is included in the free trial?
Seven days of the Small Shop tier, no credit card required. You get real calls answered, real SMS summaries, and the full emergency routing.
What happens if I go over my call limit?
We notify you at 80% and at 100%. Extra calls roll over to a $0.30-per-call soft cap, but most shops never hit it. You can upgrade tiers any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the dashboard. Changes prorate to the day.
Do you charge extra for emergency transfers?
No. Transfers are included at every tier. The whole point is that real emergencies reach you without friction.
